Zoom appears to have resolved their issue. Webhooks are now being delivered in a timely manner.

Investigating
Zoom is experiencing major delays in delivery webhooks. Grain relies on timely webhook delivery for the Grain Zoom App Notepad to properly function. We are monitoring the delays and will update this issue once Zoom has resolved the issue.
