Local captures

Incident Report for Grain

Resolved

Do to a failure with an upstream provider:

- 142 local capture sessions failed to begin so nothing was captured
- 19 local capture sessions were prematurely truncated so only captured a portion of the meeting

The team will be reaching out to impacted users directly.
