Our initial fix failed to cover all problematic states so we rolled out a second fix at 21:00 UTC. Since then we have not observed further failures.

We've identified an issue where the recording bot was failing to join certain meetings. This was a downstream side effect of the 04/03 Zoom outage which caused a large number of Grain Zoom users' Zoom credentials to become invalid so we were unable to properly request meeting join parameters. We're rolling out a fix to handle this state properly and will monitor for further issues.
