Zoom outage appears to have cleared and Grain Recorders are successfully joining calls. We will continue to monitor for further issues.

Investigating
Zoom appears to be having intermittent outages, which is causing downstream issues for Grain, including the Grain Recorder being unable to join calls to capture recordings. We are investigating and monitoring the issue.
