Starting at 21:00 UTC today, uploaded recordings began to fail to process. We identified an issue in our upload processing pipeline caused by failing servers. We've replaced the failed servers and uploads are now correctly processing. We will be performing a post-mortem to diagnose and mitigate similar issues in the future.
