We have not seen any notable increasing in delays from Zoom. We'll open a new incident if we detect any new issues.

The Zoom webhook delays from this morning have subsided. We'll continue monitoring our metrics for further degradation.

Update
This morning we are seeing an uptick in delays for certain Zoom webhooks. However we've implemented workarounds for these delays which should keep user impact to a minimum. We are continuing to monitor our metrics and communicating our findings with Zoom.

Monitoring
Zoom webhooks appear to be arriving on time, however we will continue to monitor for issues through tomorrow morning.
Zoom identified and resolved an issue with sending webhooks, see here: https://status.zoom.us/incidents/q5xmpmkyzpkx. However we are still seeing significant delivery delays due to this previous outage. This can prevent the Grain Desktop app from properly functioning during meetings, though Zoom cloud recording should still be captured correctly. We will continue to monitor the delays and Zoom status updates.
